ORDERS AND DOWNLOADS
Q: How do I download my purchase?
A: After completing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime by logging into your account at thermalnoise.com.
Q: I didn't receive my confirmation email.
A: Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, contact us at thermalnoiseproductions@gmail.com and we'll get your files to you right away.
Q: What file formats are included?
A: Each product page lists the included file formats. Most sample packs are delivered in WAV (48kHz / 24-bit). NAM profiles and IR packs include their respective file types. Check the product description for specifics before purchasing.
Q: Do your packs work with my DAW?
A: Yes. Our sample packs are standard WAV files that work in any DAW including Ableton, Logic, Pro Tools, FL Studio, Reaper, Cubase, Studio One, and others. NAM profiles require the NAM plugin, and IRs work with any impulse response loader.
LICENSING AND USAGE
Q: Are your samples royalty free?
A: Yes. Once you purchase a pack, you can use the samples in unlimited personal and commercial projects including releases, sync placements, streaming, and live performance.
Q: Can I share the files with my bandmates or producer?
A: Each purchase is a single-user license. If multiple people need access to the same pack, each person needs their own license. Full details are in our License Agreement.
Q: Can I use the samples in a sample pack or preset kit I'm selling?
A: No. You cannot redistribute, resell, or include our files in any competing product, sample library, or preset collection. The samples are licensed for use in your music productions only.
REFUNDS AND SUPPORT
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: All sales are final due to the nature of digital goods. If you're experiencing a technical issue with a product, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it. If the product is genuinely unusable on your system, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Q: I'm having trouble with a file or installation.
A: Contact us at support@thermalnoiseproductions.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll get back to you within 48 hours.

Q: How much does mixing or mastering cost?
A: Pricing depends on the scope of the project. Fill out our inquiry form with details about your project and budget range, and we'll send you a custom quote within 48 hours.
Q: Do you work with artists remotely?
A: Yes. All of our client work is done remotely. You send us your files, we do the work, and deliver everything digitally.
Q: What genres do you work with?
A: We work across genres but specialize in rock, metal, and heavy music. If you're unsure whether we're the right fit, send us an inquiry and we'll let you know.
