License Agreement

This License Agreement ("License") governs the use of all digital products purchased from Thermal Noise Productions through thermalnoise.com, including but not limited to sample packs, impulse responses (IRs), NAM profiles, templates, and any other downloadable content.

By purchasing and downloading any product, you agree to the terms of this License.

What You Can Do

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use purchased products in your own music productions, including commercial releases, sync placements, live performances, streaming, and broadcast. You may use the files in an unlimited number of personal projects. You may modify, process, layer, chop, and manipulate the files as part of your creative workflow.

What You Cannot Do

You may not redistribute, resell, share, lease, sublicense, or give away the original files in any form, whether modified or unmodified. You may not include the files in any competing product, sample pack, sound library, preset collection, template kit, or similar offering. You may not claim ownership of the original, unmodified files. You may not make the files available for free download on any platform, service, or website.

One License Per User

Each purchase grants a license to a single individual. If multiple members of a band, production team, or studio need access to the same product, each person must purchase their own license.

Ownership

Thermal Noise Productions retains full ownership of all original content. This License grants you usage rights only and does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

Free Products

Products offered for free (such as promotional packs or email signup incentives) are subject to the same license terms as paid products unless otherwise stated.

Termination

This License is effective until terminated. If you violate any of these terms, your license is automatically revoked and you must delete all copies of the licensed files in your possession. Thermal Noise Productions reserves the right to pursue legal action for violations.
